How we use what you send us

Short version: we use your details to answer you and to run your account. We don't sell them or give them to anyone to market to you.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we get what you type: your name, your phone number, your business's name, your email if you give it, and your message. The site also keeps basic technical logs (like the time of the request) so it can run and block spam.

What we do with it

• Call or email you back about the walk-through or the question you asked.
• Set up and run your service if you become a customer.

That's it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who can see it

The National Linen office, and Onyxia Digital, the company that runs this website for us. Form submissions are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the site. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Texts and calls

Sending the form lets us call or email you back about your request. We won't add you to marketing texts from this form.
