We walk through your place
We see what you use, where mats and dispensers should go, and how many of each item you need on hand. You get the weekly price in writing.
You get a service day
Same day every week, or twice a week if you go through a lot. We can't promise a minute in South Florida traffic, so we promise the day.
We keep your counts
At every stop the driver counts what you still have and brings what you need to get back to your number. You don't run short, and you don't end up with piles you never use.
Running late? You hear from us first
If the truck is behind, we text you ahead of time and ask if you need something brought over right away.
Need more before your day?
A busy weekend or an event? Call and we bring an extra delivery. Extra deliveries are billed separately, and you get the price first.
Your weekly price, in writing, before you sign anything
- Linens and mats are rented by the piece, by the week. The rental covers the pickup, the washing and the delivery.
- Restroom supplies are billed for what we bring. Paper, soap, air fresheners and gloves, restocked to your count.
- Extras only when you ask for them: an extra delivery before your service day, or washing items you own, which carries a delivery charge.

Questions restaurants ask us
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, not to start. We begin with a free walk-through and your first deliveries, and we put a service agreement in place once you're happy with the service.
What's included in the weekly price?
The rental of each item, plus the pickup, the washing and the delivery. You get the price per item in writing at the walk-through, before you sign anything.
Are there extra charges?
Extras are named up front. The usual ones are an extra delivery before your service day and a delivery charge when we wash items you own. Anything else is on your price sheet before you start.
What if we run out before our service day?
Call us and we'll bring an extra delivery, which is billed separately. If it keeps happening, we raise your count so it stops.
How often do you come?
Once a week on a set service day, or twice a week for busy kitchens. The day stays the same, so you can plan around it.
Can you wash our own towels, mats or linens?
Yes. We pick up items you own, such as logo mats, towels or a caterer's linens, wash them and bring them back, for a delivery charge.
Do you handle paper towels, soap and dispensers too?
Yes. We stock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitizer, air fresheners and gloves, and we install the dispensers and show your staff how they work.
Do you work with small accounts?
Yes. A single location with one bar is welcome, and so is a group with several, as long as they're in South Florida.
Which areas do you cover?
Miami to Delray Beach: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Boca Raton, Delray Beach and the towns between them.
What happens at the walk-through?
We come to your place, look at what you use and where mats and dispensers should go, set a count for each item, and give you the weekly price in writing. It's free, and there's nothing to sign.
