What's included in the weekly price?
The rental of each item, plus the pickup, the washing and the delivery. You get the price per item in writing at the walk-through, before you sign anything.
Are there extra charges?
Extras are named up front. The usual ones are an extra delivery before your service day and a delivery charge when we wash items you own. Anything else is on your price sheet before you start.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, not to start. We begin with a free walk-through and your first deliveries, and we put a service agreement in place once you're happy with the service.
Can you wash our own towels, mats or linens?
Yes. We pick up items you own, such as logo mats, towels or a caterer's linens, wash them and bring them back, for a delivery charge.
