The walk-through
We see what you use and where mats and dispensers should go, set a count for each item, and give you the weekly price in writing.
Your service day
The same day every week, or twice a week if you need it. We can't promise a minute in South Florida traffic, so we promise the day.
Your counts, kept
The driver counts what's left and brings you back to your number. Soiled items go back with us to be washed.
A heads-up if we're late
If the truck is behind, we text ahead and ask if you need something brought over right away.
Extras when you ask
An extra delivery for a busy weekend is billed separately, and you get the price first.
The agreement, when you're happy

Already own your mats or linens? We'll wash them.
Some businesses own their logo mats, their towels or, for caterers, a full set of linens. We pick them up, wash them and bring them back on your day, for a delivery charge.

How the service works
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, not to start. We begin with a free walk-through and your first deliveries, and we put a service agreement in place once you're happy with the service.
How often do you come?
Once a week on a set service day, or twice a week for busy kitchens. The day stays the same, so you can plan around it.
What if we run out before our service day?
Call us and we'll bring an extra delivery, which is billed separately. If it keeps happening, we raise your count so it stops.
Can you wash our own towels, mats or linens?
Yes. We pick up items you own, such as logo mats, towels or a caterer's linens, wash them and bring them back, for a delivery charge.
